In an event filled with meaning, Fundación TAEDA celebrated its 20th anniversary at La Rural, joined by representatives from the public, private, and academic sectors. Two decades of projects, partnerships, and shared learning have strengthened a mission that remains the same: to think, connect, and transform.

During the event, the book “Artificial Intelligence for Good” by Juan M. Lavista Ferres, Chief Data Scientist at Microsoft, and William B. Weeks was presented.
Edited and translated into Spanish by TAEDA, the book brings together the work of Microsoft’s AI for Good lab, where technology serves human development.

The TAEDA 2025 Awards were also presented to Daniel Hadad, Fray Jorge Bender, and Juan M. Lavista Ferres, in recognition of their contributions to innovation, sustainability, and social commitment.

In his remarks, Mario Montoto reflected on two decades of history and announced new institutional milestones: the opening of TAEDA’s Miami office, the agreement with the Organization of American States, and the upcoming Hemispheric Security Conference 2026, organized in partnership with the Gordon Institute.

Twenty years later, the purpose remains intact: to keep building bridges between innovation, security, and human development.
