On September 9, the mosaic of Our Lady of Luján, Patroness of Argentina, was enthroned in the Vatican Gardens (Bastione di Maestro).
The artwork was created by Argentine artist Florencia Delucchi and donated thanks to the support of benefactors Mario Montoto, president of Fundación and Editorial TAEDA, and Ricardo Trigo. From the beginning, the project had the encouragement of Pope Francis, who was able to admire the finished image in February 2025, just days before his passing.

The ceremony was led by the Argentine Ambassador to the Holy See, Luis Pablo María Beltramino, and included speeches by His Eminence Cardinal Pietro Parolin, Secretary of State of His Holiness, and the blessing of His Eminence Cardinal Leonardo Sandri, Vice Dean of the College of Cardinals, accompanied by Monsignor Guillermo Karcher.

The initiative was promoted by the Argentine Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Secretariat of Worship and Civilization, with coordination by the Argentine Embassy to the Holy See, and had from its inception the support of Pope Francis, who was able to view the completed work in February 2025, just days before his passing.

For Fundación TAEDA, it is a source of pride that its president contributed to this historic tribute, leaving Our Lady of Luján as part of the spiritual landscape of the Vatican.
