The TAEDA Foundation proudly celebrates the recognition awarded to its Executive Director, Yanina Kogan, as a Woman Leader of Excellence at the Women Economic Forum Argentina 2025. She was also selected by Banco Santander for its SW50 Program, which brings together outstanding women leaders from a wide range of sectors.
This recognition reflects the work Yanina carries out through TAEDA and across all the spaces in which she is involved: promoting technological innovation guided by ethical, sustainable, and human-centered principles, always placing people at the heart of progress.
Yanina’s leadership is driven by purpose rather than ego, and she views this distinction as an opportunity to highlight the work of the many women who are generating meaningful impact in their respective fields.
Through her work, Yanina actively promotes greater female participation in strategic sectors such as defense, cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, and technology.
