Our Advisor on Transnational Crime, Douglas Farah, had the honor of presenting before the Subcommittee on Organized Crime of the Chilean Congress the findings of his research on the Tren de Aragua and the evolution of the fourth wave of transnational crime in Latin America.
During his presentation, Farah provided an in-depth analysis of the dynamics of organized crime in the region, highlighting the challenges and strategies needed to address this ever-evolving issue.
